I made a reservation for 6:30. We arrived early and they let us come in and order. I found the place by accident and it turned out great! We ordered two cocktails and an appetizer. The cocktails came out first and they were fun! The appetizer we ordered came out and it was delicious! We will definitely be back next... More

We weren't hungry at all so didn't have any dessert. It looked wonderful though. Had the hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows. Yummy. Friendly staff.

Our Dylan had to check out Dylan's Candy Bar on our NYC trip and we were all glad he did. We got a giant sundae to share. The ice cream was very good quality and everything tasted so good. It was fun looking around at all the candy afterwards. The store is nicely decorated and fun music was playing. Our... More

Kids were in candy heaven in this place and enjoyed the life size sweet treats, which were scrumptious. I, however, needed a little more Sustenance from all the walking and I ordered nachos. YUCK!! Total waste of money. Can't say one good thing about them.. even the presentation was bad.

Visited mid morning and found dirty mops, empty boxes and rubbish by the elevator which isn't very welcoming! Upstairs in the cafe the staff were busy playing on their phones, chatting to each other and basically ignoring paying customers. Ordered ice tea... Mediocre! The cafe was sticky and the bar was full of rubbish with no signs of it being... More

My daughter finds this place unforgettable. It's like going through a candy buffet --- one wants to try every single thing. The variety and different flavors are amazing. My husband and I love the coffee bean chocolates coated with vanilla, caramel, and dark chocolate, all placed in a coffee cup. My daughter also loves this, as well as the spray... More

From a sweet shop I don't think you could expect any more. There was a literal smorgasbord of sweets and this was spread across two floors. We also visited the cafe and I had an Malt Oreo Milkshake, expensive but brilliant. Well worth a visit if you have a sweet tooth.

Visited with my daughter and her friend who were very excited to go to Dylan's candy bar. They had a ton of candy and it was a super cute bright store. Some of the employees there were fine, one was nice, but two were extremely rude. Come on people if you work in a place that caters to kids and... More

Firstly I must state this obvious - this is any candy lovers' paradise. At ground level, there are around 4 or 5 huge round pick & mix stations that almost fill the room, as well as a number of smaller stations holding brand named sweets like Cadburys Creme Eggs and Willy Wonka, and then even more pick & mix options... We visited Dylan's for lunch and were not disappointed. We all had different things to eat from kids pizza to hot dogs and all the food was good value for money and tasty. We had a best of both worlds milkshake as well, what can I say other than amazing!!!! The sweets in the shop itself were a little pricey... More

Staying in Upper East Side

Neighbourhood Profile
Upper East Side
Combining quiet residential neighbourhoods that have easy access to Central Park with world-famous cultural institutions, the Upper East Side is one of the most livable places in the city. Along beautiful Fifth Avenue, you’ll find Museum Mile, which houses many of the nation's most famous attractions in a single stretch, like The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum. Walk a few blocks into the neighbourhood, and you’ll come to Park Avenue, the poshest address in the city, lined with grand apartment buildings as far as the eye can see. Even if you can’t afford the luxury goods along Madison Avenue, it’s still a great spot to window shop an afternoon away.
