The West Village is always fun to walk about -- it has lovely old brownstones, great cafes, and equally nice coffee shops, boutiques and bakeries.

Lots of little shops in lots of little streets, we enjoyed our 4 hour visit to The Village. It's got quite a history as a bed of left wing 1960's anti-Vietnam war groups and artists; interestingly there were plenty of stalls selling anti-Trump buttons. Great...More

Many brownstones here including the one from Sex and the City. There are numerous shops, bars and restauranrts. It is quieter than most of New York and quite nice for a walk. Worth a visit.

Lovely city, a lot quieter that the main New York centre, can see carrie Bradshaw’s apartment and the friends building, around ten minutes away from each other. We found a lovely French restaurant highly recommend

Stretching from Sixth Avenue to the Hudson River, the

this neighbourhood has a unique old-world feel. You
won’t find a more picturesque location in Manhattan.
Without the traditional city grid layout, it’s easy to
get lost here, but that’s part of the fun as you
