We stumbled across this bar by accident and ended up having a really good night. Close to Central Park and our hotel we certainly took advantage of not having far to go home - we drank and drank and I believe we danced too! Friendly and courteous bar staff. Would return.

Very nice place to sit down and relax after a walk through Central Park. Their signature drink is the Manhattan, if you are a bourbon fan you will be thoroughly impressed.

Went here and had a drink after a comedy show. Was nice looking and good service with a DJ, but just didn't have a great vibe/crowd...trying to draw people I think, but for a Saturday night at 1am, it was not really rocking enough...so a little disappointing.

We lucked out when we stumbled upon this place! We were walking around in the area hoping to enjoy a Manhattan and then we saw this place just across from Central Park. Bar was nice, staff was friendly enough and attentive, and the drink was perfect. We will be back!

Took ages to get served ..and I mean at least 25 mins , it seemed dingy , grubby and the bathrooms were quite dirty. Overall very poor.

I was disappointed with Whiskey Park from the moment we entered. The doorman was rude and made us feel like we should be grateful we were being allowed in, despite being smartly dressed and polite. We ordered an old fashioned and a Mojito which were well made. As such when asked if we would like more we ordered the same... More

This bar is great. The atmosphere and location is perfect, situated right in front of Central Park. The cocktails were very unique and quite good. The Spicy Paloma is incredible (if you don't mind the heat). It also has the best whiskey selection I have ever seen. It's definitely the ideal place to relax and enjoy a drink with good... More

A super fun, happening venue to go out with friends and meet new people. It's trendy and upscale. Read more about my experience here: http://www.ginapacelli.com/2014/06/10/nyc-whiskey-park/

Wonderful spot just outside of Central Park in NYC. Perfect for a timeout from shopping to talk and relax. This place was very quaint with a great selection of liquors and signature cocktails.

Popped in a couple of times (business) when it wasn't too busy, so can only comment on when the bar is 25% full. The staff were attentive and helpful. The whiskey and cocktails good along with the bar atmosphere. On first view the drinks are expensive, on the other hand you get large measures so it probably balances each other... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
