Charming and Beautiful

Enjoy a couple of hours touring the exhibits and shop in the store. Lots of handmade items by local artists. Very colorful and bright - even on a cloudy day!

The Art Center had a special showing of Ansel Adams' earlier works. I have seen his photographs before and like his later work better. But it was interesting to see how he started.

It is a manageable size and all on one level. The exhibits are nicely layed out. I really appreciated the detailed historical and descriptive information provided. The early Ansel Adams exhibit was fascinating!

My family and I enjoyed our visit to this Art Museum. There is no admission fee and donations are welcomed. This museum has a good permanent collection for its size. We also enjoyed the special exhibits. Highly recommend!

Have been here for several small visual shows. It's a fairly small space, but has a nice permanent collection and usually has good traveling shows to keep the space fresh.

The directors always find very well thought-out eclectic/cutting edge exhibits that continually change and, consequently, never get old.

Site for traveling shows and a fair permanent collection, this venue is downtown with park setting. Parking is off street so felt secure. Many areas for classes and children's activities.

So many exhibits at no cost (but please make a donation). Very comfortable atmosphere with great works from artists throughout history from past to present. Incredible men's room.

A Jewel of an exhibit featuring numerous earlier works by Adams that reflects how his images have changed not just in style but due to scientific changes in processing and photo paper. Free to public so make a small contribution on your way out!
