Museum is quite small but packed with sub models, literature, and audio visuals. We like especially the movie about life aboard a boomer.

We enjoyed seeing the collection of various submarine artifacts. We especially enjoyed the video which described life on a Trident submarine. It appears to be narrated by a child, with mostly an adult dialog. I learned a lot about the training for operating a Trident,...More

Self guided tour, chair lift to second floor not working on our visit, caretaker very informative, had a lot of story about items donated. Scavenger hunt was fun, prize a magnet, very interesting worth the money and time.

Really enjoyed this museum. I think my favorite thing was the video, which was really probably for kids, but I, along with other adults there, enjoyed it as much or more than the kids. I learned things I never knew about submarines and the way...More

My hubby and I went to St. Mary's for a weekend getaway. Was planning on going to Cumberland Island but that didn't happen. Instead we went to the Submarine museum. It was great!! Only $5 to get in. The history was amazing!! Love it!!

Wall to wall memorabilia and displays but nothing beats the working periscope! Survey the waterfront and town!

Great for those that interested in subs and the sub service. Great location in the center of St. Marys at the waterfront. Good starting point for visiting our area. Very well maintained.

Must have been some special even because there is never a problem with parking in that area. Don't know what the problem could have been that day.
