Good displays and friendly Park Rangers. Learned a lot about the monument. You should take the time to stop by when you visit the monument.

This was a pretty cool experience- obviously Devil's Tower is unique and pretty interesting. We saw people climbing the tower, which was really neat. Their visitors center is very nice, with interesting information and of course a gift shop. The coolest part of the trip was the drive in and out- very pretty scenery and lots of prairie dogs doing... More

We this was last part of our long journey for the day. It was awesome to look at. The monument changes color. When we arrived it was grey in color, changed to orange, then greenish. The kids walked the trail and took pictures close to the monument. The stores and trading post were closed but still had a great time.

The staff helped our child get a passport book for National Park visitors in the US. Now we can record our travels with stamps available at the parks across US. Very nice souvenir store, with two statues of aliens - good photo-ops for everyone! Staff were friendly and helped us with tips for photography. There is a telescope to view... More

There is a little workbook to complete to get a plastic badge. It's a bunch of fun, even as a supposed adult. Nice things in the gift shop and some excellent books, but none on aliens.....

Found great books of the area. There is a national cemetery right behind the visitor center and it always gives me chills when I am able to visit one. It makes me aware of the sacrifices made to give us all the freedom we take for granted.

The visitor center like most you find in State and National parks. There is a little shoppers stop outside the park you can check out as well. Make sure you set aside some time to explore the area around the tower. I don't think the tower gets as much praise as it should. The area is very nice and an... More

No thrills here really, small but informative. Solid western NPS visitor center. Get some info here then head out to explore the tower.
