You can do a lot in this visitor center: get advice on tours; purchase tickets; see a free movie; see a nice display on the city; and plan your time. It is all free and good services and maps.

While waiting in line for the Liberty Bell we noticed this center and made a quick restroom stop. After our viewing we went back over to the center and did some awesome shopping. Very cute things for everyone.
