*While parts are kitschy and weird young, the section not far from the Tomb of the Unknown is decidedly "Red Light" with sex shops, etc. NOT a place for impressionable children.

If your a mobile people person, then Philadelphia's South St. is for you. This stretch of Philly reminds me of New York's Greenwich Village. Specialty shops, Artisans, Restaurants, People and Rocking Bars. Great nightlife. Worth a visit. Ernest
