We went here for the New Year's fireworks viewing. The scene are really nice but it may be difficult to find a parking space at times.

We took a day trip to the area during President's Day weekend, neither of us had ever been to that part of the city before. It was really cold that day, but sitting around a fire pit was nice. We sipped on hot chocolate and...More

Penn's Landing refers to the area of Philadelphia on the Delaware River front, a succession of a museum, boats, a submarine, connected by a concrete walkway that lacks some greenery. Would mostly go there for a walk, there were some food truck options but did...More

Penn's Landing is a venue for weekend and seasonal events, but is also home to the Tall Ship Gazela, a 177' wooden square rigged ship that's over a century old, but still sails. If you are lucky, a loquacious crew member might take you on...More

None that I could find within a mile or so. I'd suggest taking a bus. Parking is too expensive.
