Nestled along the gorgeous St. Johns River in Downtown Jacksonville, The Jacksonville Landing is home to year-round entertainment, a wide variety of waterfront dining options and a cozy inside shopping mall all of which are sure to complete an afternoon or evening of fun. For more than 25 years, The Jacksonville Landing has been the spot to stop in downtown Jacksonville. The Landing hosts more than 600 events each year including Florida/Georgia Weekend Celebrations, the annual Christmas Tree Lighting, New Year’s Eve and TaxSlayer Bowl Celebrations, St. Patrick’s Day and July 4th. Weekly events include live weekend entertainment in the center courtyard offering a variety of music including classic rock, oldies, contemporary, jazz, and top 40. The Landing also hosts a myriad of events for the community such as charity walks and runs and the Earth Day Ecology Fair. There is always something going on at The Jacksonville Landing, and a complete list of all Landing events can be found in the events section. Restaurants at The Landing provide a great view of the gorgeous St. Johns River. Visiting each restaurant is like experiencing a different cuisine and a different atmosphere each time you make your way to Downtown Jacksonville. All of the restaurants are open seven-days-a-week for lunch and dinner with the exception of Village Bread Cafe, which is open for breakfast and lunch. The Landing is also home to Mavericks Live, a nightclub which offers a variety of late-night entertainment plus national concert acts for a fun night full of dancing and good times.

I thought that this place would be more lively. We ended up only staying for one drink then moving on. Not something I would say is a must see.

I think the historical aspect of the Landing is really cool. And the view is breathtaking, if you're into cityscapes. But as far shops and things to Do, there isn't much. Just sports bars and shops with strange art/decor. They need shops and activities that...More

It's a staple of JAX for a reason. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Some with water views. Fun time especially when it is hot outside.

This place was build in the 1980s as a focal point of the Downtown water front. They haven't done a thing to it since it's opening and what few stores are left in there survive by the few events Downtown Jacksonville still forces people to...More

Jacksonville landing offers a wide range of restaurants and eateries along the picturesque Jacksonville waterfront. There's something for everyone from Fionn MacCool's (probably misspelled) to Hooters. Plus some retail to round things out. Its near to other entertainment venues and downtown hotels.

Nothing interesting there (not even a coffee place!) and felt a little seedy. It was the culmination of the River Walk, but made us want to turn right around.More

Hi Michael, we apologize for your recent experience at The Jacksonville Landing. We are working diligently to get a specialty coffee shop, however, all of our restaurants serve coffee including An Apple a Day which offers a frozen specialty coffee. Additionally, you are able to...More

Downtown Jacksonville is dangerous and I would not go to the landing if you are visiting the area. There are better places to visit.

If you ever get the chance to go to the Jacksonville Landing...skip it. I grew up in Jacksonville and lived the better part of 30 years there. When I was a teenager in the 80's the Jacksonville Landing opened to great fanfare and that was...More
