Great view and sound even from back of orchestra level. The only drawback being far back is that a lot of people in Jacksonville seem to go to a concert more for the bar and restrooms than the concert, so people walking around and coming...More

There's a lot to like about this venue. Convenient downtown location near two bridges, ample parking, charming decor in and out. It's an old structure kept in pretty good shape with an art deco motif. Have been here several times, the latest was last night...More

The theatre is beautiful, quaint, historic, but the seats suck! They are small, worn, and very uncomfortable. The theatre was built in the early 1900s when people were smaller. They need to tear the seats out and replace with new bigger more comfortable seats. My...More

I've been to the Florida Theatre several times and always enjoy it. Acoustically it's a great place to see a concert. The building is historic and is cool to explore and admire. The staff is top notch and focused on the guest experience.
