The Kathryn Hanna State park campgrounds are fantastic with fully equipped campsites for any size camper and also tents. Public restrooms with showers, plenty of trash disposal bins (and RECYCLING!). Great biking, hiking, walking trails and adequate parking near the beach for vehicles. Beaches are...More

A great place for RV campsites , very wooded & playgrounds are a plus. The laundry room only had 2 washers & 2 dryers, could use more of both, considering the size of the Campground. The folks at the Camp Store are very friendly. We...More

We have camped here several times and also just come to enjoy the not so crowded beach. It’s $5/car but it’s worth it if you don’t like crowds while sunbathing. If you camp, there is a security gate to that section so not just anyone...More

This is the easiest way to access Atlantic Beach. Tons of parking. Besides beach access, this park is gorgeous. Lots of places to camp, picnic and biking/hiking trails everywhere. I bring one very serious note of caution.....DO NOT let your pets run freely or swim...More

Stayed here for 3 nights. Very quiet with nice folks. The beach was great, and the biking trails were well marked and had 3 different levels of difficulty. Office rents mountain bikes, very easy to access and return. Only complaint was the bathrooms which are...More

We loved how quiet and beautiful this park was, very private areas. If you love camping, what a great place to stay. Playground for the children and so many paths to take here.

Beautiful park. Lake, playground, beach, private sites are all perfect. Bathrooms are cleaned regularly but could use updating.

The park itself opens at 8am. I’ve checked in as early as 9am. I would call them first just to be on the safe side. (904) 249-4700
