Stayed here after Labor Day so it was not very crowded! Had the whole beach to ourselves with our dogs. RV sites are covered with a canopy of trees which is nice and cool but not so good for satellite reception. That's ok because the...More

My family and I have been coming to this beach for over 25 years. It is beautiful and well-kept. We almost always see a pod of dolphins. There are several different areas for beach access and there are restroom facilities. The campgrounds and biking trails...More

Kathryn Hannah park was fun. We took the kids camping for the weekend. Anytime between October and March are good it's a cooler and getting the campfire going was needed. The campsites were primitive and the shower and bathrooms were not quite up to scratch...More

READ THIS BEORE YOU DECIDE TO CAMP HERE! I would have gladly given them a 5 star if their bathrooms were not so absolutely disgusting! They are old, and I'm not talking about just because they are old, that can still be kept clean, Im...More

Beautiful wooded campground, full-hook ups, 50 amp. Loved it! We camped in a 37 ft. 5th wheel - had no issues with trees and enough room for 4 slide-outs. Both pull-thru and back-in sandy, gravely sites (it's the beach) set in winding, paved roads lined...More

We love camping here! The sites are clean, shaded and we'll kept. The restroom are a bit dated, but they are kept clean. We come for the beach - to relax, play and shark tooth hunting. Always a great experience!

This city of Jacksonville park is a better camping destination than some of the state parks that we have visited. Great oceanfront location with many access points to the beach. Very nice on and off road biking and some fishing spots. A friendly camp store...More

Where to start? The place us locals call "Hanna Park" is full of things to do from kayaking and SUP riding in the clear freshwater lake or Atlantic ocean to riding mountain bikes in the world class trails. The campgrounds are neatly arranged in the...More

Wonderful park with excellent biking trails for the avid mountain biker. We brought our dogs here and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves! Nice and shaded with gorgeous old live oaks and enough space around to where you forget you're in a city. Great place!

Loved relaxing on this clean, natural beach. The dunes and their flora are beautiful. Camping is offered. Best part? My puppy was allowed on the beach with her collar and leash, of course. Funny thing is, my dog leaves only paw prints on the sand....More

I plan on going next week and take my seven children. We would like to tent camp but now I'm thinking we may need a cabin. Are there cabins to rent?

Yes, they have. The cabins are not that big, no beds, no furniture of any kind. Is like camping without a tent.

Jellyfish are seasonal and are affected by tidal/wind movements. You can check with either the park or local beach websites, they have a warning system for sealife, usually they fly a purple fly.

What kind of shape are the cabins in? I saw where there were no beds?? So sleeping bags on the floor? We will have grandchildren with us, ages 7 and 2. Just wondering if this set up would be appropriate for them. Any kitchen things or just one room? Thanks..

Very small cabin, has air conditioner small screened porch. Bring a broom, cots, sleeping bag or cribs. No table or chairs inside or out. We had a problem with ticks. I would not want my little ones playing anywhere near... More
