Our off-leash park is a unique 42-acre (25 acres are currently fenced) private country club providing fitness, recreational, relaxation, and socializing opportunities for both you and your dog. Dogs can run off-leash to their hearts' content in a safe, controlled environment. The off-leash park offers both dogs and their people a variety of recreational and fitness amenities, including dog-swimming ponds, jogging/walking trails, and play equipment such as tunnels. Perhaps even more importantly, the off-leash park gives dogs a chance to socialize with others of their own kind. Regular off-leash exercise and play with other dogs will result in a healthier, happier, more well-adjusted dog. Our off-leash park features the following amenities: •Lake Bow Wow, a 2-acre swimming lake for dogs (with a fountain!) •25 acres fenced with 6-foot chain link fence •Huge fields for frisbee and throwing balls •A 4-acre shady area for those hot days •A dog shower for muddy paws • Barkham Woods, a 10-acre natural wooded area with nature trails around and through it •Small dog area for dogs under 25 pounds with both sunny and shady sections, and Lake Fifi, a small dog swimming pond! •Night dog: three lighted acres for use after dark (until 10 p.m.) •Special Events: a one or three-acre separate area that can be rented for parties, festivals, or any kind of special event •Kids 'N Dogs: a separate area with playground equipment for kids of all ages and kid-friendly dogs •Benches and swings for relaxing •Tunnels, tires, jumps and other fun exercise obstacles for the dogs •Park-provided tennis balls •Use of a full agility course (for safety reasons, use of the agility equipment is restricted to those who are taking or have taken an agility course)

Be very careful here; safety is in the owners hands; not others. I have seen dog fights at this park and I have seen dogs stressed at this park. If you have sporting dog (like a labrador or spaniel); they seem to do well here. But smaller breeds, and utility dogs are not meant to be in a dog park... More

So much space for my dog to run around and explore. Big pond for pooches to swim in and a wooded area with trails to get a little shade. The only thing lacking here is a shaded area with seating for visitors. It would be nice to sit and relax while my dog plays. They have indoor space for washing... More

We took our dog to this park today. He loved it. But, I found the park to need some TLC. It did have nice, wide open, gated spaces for my dog to run and a nice lake to play in. The grass was in need of cutting. It was very HOT - not a fault of the park, of course,... More

My dog had a blast on the shaded trails and in the dog lake! I found the number of dog water stations, poo stations & bathing facilities very convenient. Great place!

Katie, has a tendency to walk away and not pay for the repairs done to the park that keep the park in good shape. Very disappointed because up until completion of the work, I was told she was a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't trust my dog there. Very defensive and angry any time she feels she isn't in... This park is okay as far as dog parks go. It is very large with an area for small dogs and an open area with a pond and plenty of run space. It also has a separate area with wooded trails. It does stay very muddy after a rain, visitors aren't really diligent about picking up after their dogs and... More

We visited this park with four dogs. What a great experience for them. The hounds could run at top speed throughout the fourteen acres and some ventured into the aerated pond where many dogs were playing together chasing balls in and out of the water. We will definitely be returning here and have/will recommend it to anyone.

This dog park is great. We bring our 3 dogs (two large German shepherds and one medium shepherd/hound mix) to burn of their energy. There is plenty of room to run and, for the most part, owners keep an eye on their dogs. Once in a while, there may be an owner with a smaller dog that thinks their dog... More

I just moved to this area of Florida and the first thing I found was the dog park, and it is close to home! I own four siberian huskies, and if anyone knows anything about them they know that huskies cannot be loose. This park is AMAZING for them. They LOVE the lake and splashing around. I love that the...
