Been riding the trail for many years. 12 miles down and 12 back. You can park and start at either end. Well paved and plenty of room for all those riding. Has mile markers. Has water and bathroom facilities about half way with tables to...More

We had not ridden the Jax-Baldwin Trail for a while, so it was a shock to see the disintegration of the pavement on a recent ride. Little maintenance has been done on the eroding shoulders, and the result is failing pavement. We also see that...More

This is my favorite place to run in Jax! I will drive 30 minutes very frequently for my long runs to enjoy this trail. It's paved and you only have to cross three low traffic streets which are well marked for pedestrians. There are so...More

A great bike with wide lanes, differing views, and very friendly users. It's typically windy in the area which assists in keeping the bike lanes cooler. Make sure to bring sunscreen, water, and snacks with you.

Love this for exercise, esp. bkining. Great shade along parts of the ride so you don't get overheated. Ride trail is very well set and can gets some great sights such as birds and turtles. Great for taking walk with stroller.

I do not like riding the roads so really appreciate Rail Trails. This is an easy road so you can concentrate on cycling, except for the crossroads. Most Rail Trails have crossroads so not a big deal. Nice ride.

Been there a few times in the last couple of months. I like to power walk the trail, but it's great for walking, running or riding a bike. Lots of shade throughout your walk and nice green scenery. If I lived a little closer I...More

So I'm from michigan and I never thought I would be able to tolerate a bike ride in FL in august but the shade provided by the trees on this ride was perfect. I still went early in the day but that doesn't say much....More
