Stopped here and toured the small fort and visitors center. The thing that made us the most impressed is that my daughter was sworn in as a Junior Ranger at the park. Herb took his time and took her into the hot Florida sun and...More

My friend and I decided to put our photography skills to work at this beautiful venue. Mother Nature had other plans so we will have to visit another time.

May 1 was the anniversary of French Naval expedition and this weekend May 6 will be an anniversary celebration with the outdoor oven used and cannon fired. They have a great welcome center and a good walking trail to the fort .

Great little spot to go get away from it all. Beautiful scenery, and really a peaceful setting. I would go back and visit.

We took the short trail back to the fort and walked all around. Not much to it but pretty cool and interesting to learn the history behind it. Did not go in to the visitor center because we had our dogs with us.
