The city's native son, the Great Bambino, is celebrated in the house he was born in, now a museum stocked with memorabilia like the catcher's mitt he used while learning baseball, the bat from his famed 1927 season and exhibits honoring the Orioles.

The family and I decided we had to see the home of a legend. Took us by surprise how such a small house accomodated such a big man:-) The video presentation was chock full of information about the Babe. Quick trip.

Visited with my son both of us big Yankee fans. Very well done, films, the usual amount of newspaper articles and other memorabilia from his past. Closes at 5:00 unless there is an Orioles home game then 7:00. Short walk to ball park.

The museum isn't big, but it is well executed and certainly a fun place to visit for baseball fans. It is a short walk from Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

Great local museum with a great collection and a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I'd certainly recommend the museum for both kids and adults.

As an avid baseball fan, I thoroughly enjoyed this Nostalgic, quaint experience in Babe Ruth's home. A self-guided tour does not take long. The visit brought back memories of a biography I read of Ruth in my elementary days.

There is a back entrance which doesn't have stairs and an elevator. The website has a place to contact the museum and also a phone number so call and make sure.
