As a first time visitor to the Baltimore Zoo I was really looking forward to a beautiful day. The weather this past weekend was unseasonably warm for February so the masses were out and about. I love visiting different zoos but I don't think this zoo is that well laid out and there is a lot of walking without seeing... More

I've been to zoo's a crossed the country, and by far that's my favorite. Fun for the whole family. Has great different exhibits. Exotic animals from different countries. Every time I'm there, I find something different to smile about.

Used the "FREE" CharmCity busses to see the Ripley's Museum and the Famous Lexington Market. Also visited the Light Street Market and Johns Hopkins Hospital. Wonderful

My most recent trip was a date 2 years ago. The new penguin exhibit has just opened which was cool. Across from it was an exhibit with a polar bear called Churchill, which is very close to the arctic circle and I had actually been there a 2 years prior. It was cool, I knew more then the guy standing... More

We visit the zoo several times a year. Each time we visit the zoo has more attractions for the kids to see. The Penguin exhibit it a must see! Also, there are trams to take you from the entrance of the zoo to the the major exhibits. Great time every visit!

This is one of my favorite places to go in Baltimore and there's so much to do and see- if coming in the fall I definitely recommend checking out their Halloween in the zoo events. It is hands down one of the best places to be in late October

It is not like our neighboring Washington DC Zoo but it offers a great local place to take the kids to a traditional type zoo.

The zoo had plenty of animals to see, I was particularly interested in the elephants. The staff were very friendly and were very informative about the animals that you were seeing. The polar bear was not out in the exhibit which was a bit disappointing, but it was a sunny day so probably it was too hot for him.

Went to the Zoo in early November and while our young kids really loved seeing the animals up close, it was hardly worth the price tag. There were a few highlights include the new Penguin exhibit, the Polar Bears, Giraffes, Elephants and Lions, but you can walk through the entire zoo in just about 2 hours which isnt very long....
