We had 3 days in Inner Harbor to see two Red Sox Games. We could walk everywhere. We also took a Ferry and went all around the Harbor. Night life was great. So much fun.Going again in June

I was surprised that the areas in Baltimore have gotten so much better since the riots last year. I was happy to see so many businesses flourish and so many people out and about in this area of the city. The waterfront was bustling with shoppers and tourists. It is a gem of an area and I hope it continues... More

Exciting atmosphere to take yourself or family. Lots of good foods places In the Pavilion and Gallery ( across from the Harbor ( pavilion )). There are many places to take the kids for the entire day. Places like Port Discovery, Aquarium, Science Centet6, etc.

Of course, it was almost snowing. I like the inner harbor when it is quiet. Great place to wander and look at the boats

If you're a visitor from another town or a resident of the city and you need to entertain out of town guests, then Baltimore's Inner Harbor is the place you want to bring them. It's like a one stop shop for everything Charm City. From crabs to corned beef and then some. You can find it here. Great restaurants, great... More

We came to Baltimore for the inauguration and stayed at a hotel right across the street from the Inner Harbor. We had been told this was a great area with lots to do and were advised to stay here. It was excellent advice. The Inner Harbor offered plenty of dinner choices during our stay. There seemed to be a lot... More

There are many tourists there in the summer but at lunch time you will see many of the office workers come with their bagged lunches and sit on the steps and enjoy their lunch. I lived in Balto and the inner harbor is an attraction for us that live there too!. It's wonderful to go to dinner at night with the family or to go and just sit and watch the boats and the bands that play outside. Some people even dance. The Orioles baseball stadium is right there and its a magnificent field. Fort Mchenry is a great place for school age children and show them right where Francis Scott Key was when he wrote the star bangled banner and the bunkers that were built to watch for the enemy. Field trips from area school's took us as a classroom there many times. A boat tour takes you up one side and down the other of the Chesapeake and tells you all the history along the way. Even takes you over an underground tunnel that cars go thru everyday. They built those fantastic hotels in walking distance for the tourist and the prices are not outrages. The big aquarium is there plus you are only 1 hour from DC to take in all the sights and history that has been preserved there. Most places people go on vacation are touristy so please don't miss out on the inner harbor and also the history of things right there in that city. Fells point is very nice if you like to shop little antique stores. My friend and I had lunch and shopped there many times. It has a huge farmers market with all fresh produce great if you live there. What time of year did you go badbloke? I sorry if you didn't find it pleasant with less people.
