Somewhere between a water-based bus line and open air adventure, the Baltimore Water Taxi is the fun, fast and affordable way to navigate the city. Operating with a crew of licensed Captains and a fleet of USCG inspected commercial passenger vessels along dedicated routes servicing fixed stops in/around the Baltimore harbor. Tickets can be purchased once you board a boat using cash or credit card (only). The $14 ADULT ALL DAY TICKET is by far our most popular option for those passengers looking to explore the many attractions that outline the Baltimore Harbor. Adult passenger will be able to ride the Water Taxi to all 13 of our stops as many times as you like for the entire day. You also get our exclusive "Letter of Marque" coupon book with tons of savings within walking distance from our stops. The $8 ADULT ONE WAY TICKET is perfect for those riders who know where they're going and want to get there in a stress free environment. Good for a single trip with a known destination. The $7 CHILDREN'S TICKET is for those passengers ages 3 to 10. It is valid for both a One Way and All Day passage provided the rider is accompanied by an adult ticket holder. All Children's Tickets have a coupon on the reverse side.

We basically used it as the name implies, but it was much nicer, more scenic and relaxing than taking an Uber. We brought our 9 & 10 year old daughters on with us.

If you need to get around the inner harbor, the best thing to do is use the Water Taxi. If your journey takes you beyond the inner harbor, this may not be the best for your money. Best during season because they have more boats...More

Took water taxi from Inner Harbor to Fells Point. Captain was wonderfully helpful with advice about best places to eat, where locals go for all you can eat crabs in season, etc. Just happy, personable, helpful people working on boats both coming and going.

I live in Baltimore and love using the water taxi in the summer to get around safely (Baltimore cabs can be sketchy and many have broken meters...ask/look before you commit) to some of the best neighborhoods in the city. I use it more often when...More

I always enjoy the water taxi. But, I have learned not to count on their schedule. Frequently they are running behind. So, approach it from the perspective that you're going to be able to just enjoy the day. And if the taxis it there, take...More

Yes, it's at Pier 5 stop. You can ask the crew on the taxi to tell you when you get there. I believe they announce what's at each stop.
