We visited expressly to see the Menagerie Show juried by Jenny Mendez. The galleries are in a converted farmhouse building so the shows are set up in a series of rooms. This makes for a very intimate viewing environment. Lots of natural light. This art center has a reputation of nationally famous exhibits and this show did not disappoint. Its... More

We saw two exhibits of what I would describe as art pottery. Some of the pieces were functional, but all were artistic. Compared to other pottery studios I've seen the work found here was more sophisticated. Interesting glazes and designs. They also have a nice shop with more functional prices

Tremendously enjoyed the display at Clayworks. Some really great clay artists are exhibiting. Go there and discover something else than French Impressionists. Got supplies at their shop too. Just great place.

Baltimore Clayworks has been around for many years. It's located in the Mt Washington Village. It's around the corner from the tavern. On one side of the street sits the gallery. On the other is the studio space. The gallery is completely free to visit, donation appreciated and items available for sale. Clayworks has an outstanding program to buy a... More

Took the kids for a tour and this place was wonderful. They explained everything so thoroughly that even I as a novice understood.
