Very nice park that is family and pet friendly. Beautiful area with lots of different trees and wide open areas to walk. Felt very comfortable there.

Beautiful Park! We spent three days in Savannah exploring and we could have spent at least another week. There is so much to see and do. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Forsyth Park is a beautiful oasis in downtown Savannah. Put on your walking shoes and grab a cold beverage as you stroll through the Spanish moss covered trees to the fountain. Check out the Williams Mercer House and enjoy all the history.

Loved it! Great walking place, or relaxing place! Not walking distance from bay street but a nice place to see.

We went with the kids to spend a few hours and noticed that this is a big beautiful park. There is plenty to do with kids: fountain, playground, the fragrant garden, low hanging tree branches, musical chimes, etc. Tip: bring bug spray.
