Savannah is such a beautiful and walkable city. We toured all of the historic district with our labradoodle and made it to Forsyth Park - what a lovely lovely place! Great spot for cycling, taking in a blanket and enjoying the fresh air and green space, letting your dog be outside to socialize, and for kids to play in the... More

My boyfriend and I ran the path around the park two mornings on our weekend getaway to Savannah. It is a perfect running trail because it is a one mile loop. To mix it up a bit, there are other trails that cut through the park so you don't get bored.

Amazing fountain that lends itself to great pictures. Lots of well maintained paths and benches as well as lighting at night. Several tennis, basketball, and soccer fields like the south end of the park.

A very nice place to spend some time. There are many festivals and art events at the park as well. The fountain is gorgeous!

What a beautiful park!!! Saw 2 weddings taking place. People having picnics. There is a farmer's market on Saturdays. It is a huge park. Loved strolling through it. The details on the fountain was gorgeous. Very well kept!

My wife and I feel in love with this park. It felt like being back in NYC, with the live music, couples sun bathing, kids playing with their parents, and dogs running.

I recently moved to Savannah. My wife and Ibstsrted walking around the park for exercise. She always pointed out people having picnics. I got her a nice picnic basket for her birthday. We now are the folks that you see as you walk or drive by while we enjoy the beauty of the park and the world class "people watching... More

Beautiful large park, excellent for walking, playing, picnicking, or just enjoying the beautiful oaks. Surrounded by old homes in the downtown area. Close to good restaurants and a wonderful well known health food store, Brighter Day.

Beautiful fountain, and the park area is nice, and we had lunch at the cafe in the park. Walked around the park for some time enjoying flowers and beauty of the park.
