If you want a great experience, go for a sled dog ride. Mike is a musher to the core and really loves his dogs. You will get some good information about mushing and Alaska. Mike's story is quite a tale. It's a lot of fun.

I stayed here for four nights while on a road trip from Anchorage to Fairbanks and back to Anchorage via Richardson Highway. If you are ever in the area this is a must do! Mario and his wife Donna provided us with extra cold weather gear so the cold weather was not a problem. We were given a quick lesson about how to handle the sled and the dogs then we were off. This was a wonderful experience that we will not... More

Went with my wife and a large group of friends from work. Everyone had a blast! Mario was very personable and went to great lengths to ensure we were warm and happy throughout our experience.
