This street and area are what the West Village used to be before all the money moved in and chased away the character. Lots of cool food, drink and cool people. Great time. Great street life.

Court Street and Smith Street are parallel streets, but Smith Street strives more. It is edgier and funner. Court is more established, Smith is arriving. Great to walk from 3rd Street to Atlantic and check out the shops, bistros, bars and pedestrians.

Good restaurants and bars. A great place define small casual restaurants and fun bars. Recommend many of the little shops on the street as well

If your staying somewhere close or have the time to explore south Brooklyn then you really should include some strolling and browsing along Smith and Court streets. Plenty of interesting shops and great variety of restaurants.

Good experience of the local neighbourhood. Leads to a number of train stops too. Good shops for getting your daily groceries and souvenirs.

Smith Street is eclectic mix of hip bars, restaurants and boutiques, along with remnants of the pre-gentrification, working class neighborhoods. I would say that Smith Street is still undergoing a rebirth from an industrial center to the newest residential frontier.

Strip of restaurants & shops way over priced. I think I liked it better when the bodegas were around
