This area is perfect for families. There are tons of little shops to browse and wine shops for tastings. There are families everywhere and the area is safe. Parks are kept clean and most children are thoughtful and take turns easily with the equipment.

You can find any and all types of cuisine in Park Slope as well as good shopping of all kinds. Love that I can walk wherever I wish including to the Brooklyn Museum.

Those who live in Park Slope cherish it and with good reason. It is a very hip neighborhood with many good restaurants, bars and cafes. It is a thriving place and wonderful to visit if you aren't lucky enough to live there.

Thanksgiving weekend we spend several hours strolling 5th and 7th Avenues among others. Great small shops, so many attractive restaurants. A real neighborhood vibe. Many historic row houses with beautiful architectural details. We will be back, and we will keep walking.
