My family and I have been to The Grand Prospect Hall on several occasions, attending social functions including weddings, baby christening receptions, and corporate parties. Every time we return, we long to stand in the Grand Ballroom, gazing up in awe at the three rows of balconies intricately carved and reminiscent of opulent concert halls in Vienna. It is a... More

We hosted our daughter's wedding here... Every one of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how amazing everything was. People loved the atmosphere, they raved about the bar, the food and mainly the service. The staff went above & beyond to take care of all our guests. The attendant in the bridal room with the bridal... More

I attended an Awards banquet on November 26, 2015 here at this venue and I didn't know what to expect. Once I arrived it looked like a regular venue hall but once I walked inside I thought I was in LA at the Grammys. Great venue and the acoustics were awesome.

The Grand Prospect hall has been a fixture in Park Slope Brooklyn for decades. They hold parties of 70 to 2,000 people. The grand ballroom is stunning. Many movies have filmed there like, The Cotton Club and The Sitter. I've been to many weddings, a dance event and my daughter was an extra for the movie 'The Sitter'.

As a native Brooklynite, I'm fatigued by hearing people complain about noise since they chose to live next door to landmark banquet hall that's been here since 1902! I've lived one block away from the hall all of my life & love being so close to this historic treasure, a wonderful part of Brooklyn's history. I'm actually grateful that the... More

I live across this hall, and the owners are extremely rude to the community members. They ignore any noise complaints re: banging and pounding by their staff and routinely block off surrounding streets that should be open to public for parking, without permission from local authorities. I can only imagine what their attitude must be to patrons once they have... More
