Sylvan was our guide. Very attentive and helped insure we all were able to take the photos we wanted and they were properly exposed. Check in was smooth. Gift shop had quality goods. Definitely recommend.

I've wanted to see these canyons for several years and was really excited to finally be there. My boyfriend and my adult son went with me. I didn't even mind the 50$ we were each being charged because I thought it would be worth it...More

Booked a tour about two months ago and that process was easy. Arrived yesterday (May 18) for our tour, and that experience was a little more disappointing. The canyon, itself, is amazingly beautiful! But the staff are not very customer oriented or friendly. Out of...More

You MUST have a reservation. If you show up without one, they put you on a waiting list. If someone doesn’t show then you can take the tour. If you register for a tour, you shouldn’t have to wait much.
