The good : you don't have to walk and it's cheap. The bad : Long waits, crowded, confusing route map, no dedicated trolley from Gatlinburg to Pigeon Forge.

They were constantly on the go and never empty. Takes you around to the attractions eliminating parking and walking. Excellent mode of travel.

Enjoyed taking the Trolley around town. Wish the green trolley had not been out of service as that would have made waits shorter. Red was the only one running. Trolley drivers are great, on pointed out a bear that had come to town in the...More

Our grandson really enjoyed the trolly ride. We enjoyed the convenience. It was fun to see some of the sights of Gatlinburg from the big windows that allowed you to see more than from a car.

The trolley was extremely helpful in getting to and from our hotel and in cases where you just can't walk any further. The daily pass is only 2 dollars and is available at the visitor center.

My family of 5 decided to get the all day pass, instead of driving everywhere.. Kids really enjoyed it and got to see a lot of sites along the ride. Trolley drivers were very nice. Will used service again!

We love the availability of using the trolleys to get around town, especially Gatlinburg! They are a favorite in the winter also for riding and viewing all of the gorgeous lights and scenery!

Trolley was very nice! Sure beat walking up Old Wilderness Rd! Also took you around the city and were able to see more than just walking around, found places that we did not know about. Great value too!

Hello. We are planning to come for the Gaither Family Fest in May 26, 27 and 28th. We can drive our car to the Trolley station, but 2 of our gentleman can only walk a few steps at a time, so we will need a lift to the Convention center. The programs start around 6:00pm and ends sometimes around 11:00pm. My main question, does the trolleys run that time frame and late at night? Thanks for your help
