The trolley is good if you don't mind waiting 20 (sometimes +) minutes for it to come. On the weekends and during peak season it is often crowded and you are stuck standing on it. You are better off driving - most places there is...More

It is 50cents per route. You can go on it to just get a feel of the land before you start exploring as parking is prime and not available everywhere. The starting point is near the aquarium.

Love that you have this option to get around town but it is very confusing as to where you have to go to get on the trolley to get to the right destinations.

My husband and I have been to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg numerous times. This trip we decided to ride the trolley into Gatlinburg so we could sit back and enjoy the trip while someone else dealt with the traffic. It was a great decision.

Every year we go to Gatlinburg in the fall. We like to take the trolley because it's convenient and affordable. You have to think about parking in Gatlinburg. It's difficult and sometimes pricey.

If sight seeing in gatlingburg for the day the trolley may be very useful. leave the car at the hotel and catch a ride all over the area. not expensive, but be ready to stowaway a stroller quickly.

The traffic is a little overwhelming in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area at times....parking can be hard to find, but the trolley is great to get around!

You can download an App to actually track the location of the trolley, but it could be 40 minutes between trolleys. Service was sporadic at the time we were there at the end of June.
