My favorite place in the Arts & Crafts Community. We've been visiting them since they've been here. You will not find nicer people or better pottery. We get new pieces regularly to add to our collection. Stop in to see them if you are in...More

If you like unique pieces, they definitely offer a lot. There are tons of items available for purchase. We felt the prices were not cheap, but well worth it.

Twice each year, I visit the Arts & Crafts Loop just outside of GB. This day per usual my stop first was Alewine Pottery on The Glades Road. The people therein are always smiling and gracious and happy to see you and remember you from...More

I am so glad I sought out the Arts and Crafts loop in Gatlinburg, I found treasures in several craft shops in the area, and perhaps the best experience was at Alewine Pottery. I learned about the history of the place, watched potters at work,...More

We have 4 or 5 pieces, love the cutout detail work that they do and various colors. We have a Gatlinburg shelf in our cabin decor bedroom where we have our pieces displayed. Love them!!

An absolutely outstanding experience! My family visits Alewine Pottery every trip to the Smokies. Mr. Alewine's long passion for pottery has provided his beautiful art for decades of Gatlinburg visitors. His works are literally one-of-a-kind pieces. Generations of the Alewine family and friends continue to...More

There was a gentleman popping popcorn on the porch. Handing out as you went in. The pottery was beautifully. Purchased a bacon cooker. Bacon hangs over the sides and grease goes to the bottom. Beautiful even if you do not use to cook.

It's a store. You buy pottery. It is a pottery store.
