We figured it wouldn't be the best thing too see but we gave it a shot anyways. There's not much to see, just a few dark hallways with creepy/old looking mannequins behind windows. Don't waste the time or the money

I feel bad for leaving a bad review because the lady working the register was so nice. But this place lures you in with Harry Potter statues and ect, but it's literally just those illusion photos you find on google , printed onto paper and nailed on a wall. And it's too dark in there , the illusions can't even... More

This is possibly the worst way to waste your precious money and time in Gatlinburg. Don't do it even if offered for free. It's too dark to any much of those stupid and uninteresting illusions and you can do the whole thing in about 10 minutes and come out cursing about the rip off! About $10 a person but not... More

I never felt so cheated in my life. Cost my wife and I about 17 dollars to go in and it is worse than useless. You will be far more entertained to google optical illusions on google and save your money. I feel bad for the lady who works there as I'm sure many aren't as easy going as my... More

This place is beyond terrible! We thought this would be cool... it was awful, the WORST thing to do in Gatlinburg. TOTAL RIPOFF!! Do NOT go here! Might as well throw your money in the street... that would be more entertaining. Every time I'm in town & see this building it still makes me mad to know they basically steal... More

My husband wanted to go, so we went. With our military discounts, it was about $20 for both of us. Most of the exhibits were broken, poorly demonstrated or poorly explained. You can't even do most of what the signs say you can. I would never recommend this place.

This place looked very interesting from the outside. I drug my husband here, and it was not worth it. Other than the genie lamp trick, this was a waste. It literally took us less than 10 minutes to go thru the whole thing.

Looked interesting from the outside. We went through this in about 7 minutes. Not worth the $30 we paid for our family.

The only thing worth seeing at this place were the displays outside. Thats how they get you. Spent a whopping 6 minutes inside, trying to see random stuff in the dark. Really an unbelievable rip-off. Avoid at all costs.

We saw this place in a book we got and it really sounded neat! Once we got there we realized it was nothing more than a tourist trap:( we were very disappointed. Unfortunately it's not worth the money . One good thing I can say , the lady that you buy your tickets was super sweet!
