The butterfly farm is well worth the drive over a rough primitively road. The farm has butterfly houses, well stocked with local varieties. It's certainly worth a visit. I did get a chuckle out of TA's question if this would be a good cold day activity? A cold day in Kep? Now that I'd like to see!

A must see if you're in Kep. Peacefull and interesting! Lots of stunningly beautifull butterflies in very well maintained surroundings. Entrance fee is at your discretion so please be generous as it's well worth a couple of $. Easily accessible by motorbike; a 10-15 min ride from town on a nice little country road.

A small paradise in Kep. Friendly people who love their job and research. Incredible process of every new butterfly birth.

Well worth the climb up the steep path by car, foot or tuk tuk (in our case car). Beautiful gardens and scenery. Great selection of colourful butterflies and wonderful photo opportunities to be had. Would recommend this one whilst in Kep. Angela and Scott Raworth (Residents in Phnom Penh but originally from Scotland)

This is a delightful little garden nestling in a hollow on the eastern slopes of the Kep National Park. You can reach it off a steep but short path off the loop road around the Park; so it makes a nice way to end a morning walk around the Park. It's an excellent opportunity to see Cambodia's diversity of butterfly... More

Worth a couple hours of your time, very interesting place. Entry is on a donation system and a tuck tuck should run you $5-10 depending on your bartering skills. We could have stayed longer but very cool.

Amazing gardens in a remote area. Well worth the trip to spend some time with the butterflies in their enclosure.

Hidden in the hills of Kep National Park, is this beautiful oasis of peace and beauty, not just the gorgeous butterflies, but also the whole surrounding gardens, with shaded picnic huts for lunch and resting afterwards. Take a tuk-tuk, and ignore those comments in other reviews about how bumpy or difficult the ride is up there. It is an unpathed... More
