This is a very familiar in alappuzha.The kayamkulam is familiar with a robber.His name is 'kochunni'.Then we were know like this 'kayamkulam kochunni'.we have to see that lake. It's entered with the full of nature.This is the one of the best place for entertainments.This place is a tourism area.

Try the soda sarbath along the coastline. Perfect thirst quencher. The place where this lake joins the sea is called valiazheekal, and we did spot many dolphins there.... lucky... More

These regions are wonders of the indigenous agricultural know-how of Kerala & reminds the visitors the famous lakes of Holland. Extensive areas of land have been reclaimed from back waters.& are protected by lakes built all around. Here cultivation & habitation is made possible 4 to 10 feet below sea level. We were lucky enough to have a two hour cruise on a motor boat on the lake and surrounding backwaters. What a stunning place this is! Beautiful scenery and plenty of birdlife. Even though the traffic on the water is heavy with so many houseboats it is still a very peaceful , tranquil area to visit. It gives a good... More

We took a 2 hour boat ride through this lake and it was breath taking. Vast scenic views to narrow paths, it had it all.

We spend a whole day with our friends in "Kayamkulam Lake" Boating... its was a wonder full experience in our Gods Own Country.... a Memorable Day

Great place to visit. Clean and beautiful views especially when the sum is setting. There are also few houseboats and chundan boats.

Allapuzha which is known for backwaters, this attraction adds to its beauty.Houseboats are available though a bit costly but its worth the experience.
