This place is not worth time or entrance fees unless you have a lot (a lot!) of time in Bali. To us, there is a lot more to see and do. We regretted it going and do not recommend.

A small, low-key palace surrounded by a large moat and lovely gardens. The curious thing is, what was this building used for? The king had 24 children and there isn't a room that could house them all!

We love visiting this water palace - it's peaceful, nicely laid out and has a lovely selection of plants and trees. View from the gazebo out to sea is worth the climb up the steps too. The gardens have been tidied up in recent years and some statues replaced and on a sunny day you can spend a couple of... More

I am amazed at the reviews below, this place is magnificent! The architecture for a start , the tranquility and the beauty are well worth a visit. I took loads of photographs as I was in awe. The gardens are well manicured and you would enjoy a very romantic and idyllic setting. There is a place inside to stop for... More

The water place was absolutely stunning from a distance but up close sadly quite run down. The gardens are kept beautifully by the ground staff. The structures unfortunately not and I fear in this harsh climate will degrade badly if major renovations aren't done. Nevertheless well worth the visit. Recommended

You don't get any information except a flier that tells you what each monument inside is.. Apart from that it's not worth a visit.. You may go there only if in the area..

Thank Nihar S
