The building itself, shaped like a giant millstone, is quite impressive. Inside it is quite sparse, but I don't think there is actually that much more you could tell about buckwheat noodles. The option of making the dish yourself, from scratch, is wonderful. It really makes you appreciate the history of the food and what goes into making it.

It was built originally with a plan that chuncheon city would manage it. But now defectors from north Korea run it. The museum on the first floor is not that much big, only having some traditional tools which were used to make noodle several decades ago. On the second floor, there is a restaurant, carrying the noodle, boiled meat and... More
