This Temple is the most important place in Ramayan Tour Itenary as we get to see the rock where Mother Sita has lived when she was abducted by Ravana is here and the idol she worshipped is in the temple. Ashoka Vatika is also there and the stream used by her for bathing runs next to the temple and the... More

Though I am note sure how much religious following this place has among Hindus, but being a Hindu, i did visit this place. The temple is quite good on architecture. There's a stream that pass by, wherein there's the fabled Hanuman's footstep, which people flock to. A charming place for sure.

They say it's part of Ramayana. Nothing proved. Temple is good, all painted with gold colour. Good for people who are religious.

They say Hanuman's Foot Print is there. Small stream is going down behind the temple. Nice place to visit.

Really an interesting place to visit. Small, but many iconic features and legendary history. Even if you are not into Buddhism, this will be worth your time spend. How about helicopter like vehicles landing on mountain tops, people like creatures with mask faces....it is Von Daniken all over (look it up, young generation!!)
