Informational panel on the planting of spring onion in Sanxing. A store selling some spring onion related produce,e.g. spring onion oil, biscuits, spread, ice cream. Outside that's a cafe selling spring onion dish. Not spectacular as spring onion is already present in many daily dishes....More

I believe this place is run by the government. It gave a very comprehensive and detailed introduction of the local specialties with interactive device, just like a mini-museum. However, it also appeared to be poorly maintained because some of the computers did not work and...More

Like making the fresh pancakes and eating them. Really delicious and fresh. Makes a nice stop for a few hours if you have a car. Worth a visit if you are in Yilan. Nice scenery around the farm.

The musuem is indeed small, but since we were already in Yilan, we came over to have a look and buy some snacks. The information on display were written in both Chinese and English. Quite interesting since you will seldom read or hear about it....More
