Pretty old buildings

A great walk around the old buildings in Madison. I stayed downtown and enjoyed walking around at this pretty campus. I would come back.

Had 5 awesome years of undergrad here. Helpful professors. Great students from all over the world. Mix of old, historic buildings, and newer modern ones. The terrace is an awesome place to visit. There is a lot of history throughout the campus

We stopped in Madison on our way to a medical appt. at the Mayo Clinic because my father graduated from Univ. of Wisconsin in 1946! He had always described the beautiful setting and buildings. I'm sure many buildings had changed since then, but I still got the idea. Stunning lake setting!

The is certainly attractive location but the building styles varied wildly some more interesting than others. The campus also appears not to be contiguous with commercial operations set down seemingly through out the campus. To say the campus is a bit hard to navigate, at least for a visitor, is an understatement.

Very clean and beautiful campus, along with the lake view , i have to say this is a great environment to study. Winter is the thing, but not so bad if you know how to drink in Wisconsin way. Very inspiring teachers and students. Great place to be an exchange student.

We love visiting UW-Madison. Whether it to visit our children, attend a sporting event, make purchases at the book store, or to just relax at the terrace you cannot beat UW-Madison. Plus, they are a top notch university. If you have a child in high school, I highly recommend an official tour of the university.
