As a local, this was my go-to late night bar in my 20 s and 30 s before I grew up, got married, had kids. Some of my best, most serendipitous nola memories occurred here. This bar makes no attempt at being anything other than...More

Stopped by here after a great dinner, wanting a local low-key bar night. This place was perfect! Illuminated only by a few strands of Christmas lights inside, the bartender was engaging and knew all the local's drinks. Will happily visit again.

The kind of bar i wish still existed where i live: dogs, smoke, cheap beer, dark and poorly lit. The bartender is fab. Love her.

Found it on a list of the 8 best dive bars in New Orleans. If you like dives, and we do, this is it. Patrons were locals and neighborhood types. Take a photo and drink a beer for $2. We enjoyed it.

Very much their own self sufficient unit within the
greater metro area, Uptown and Carrollton tone down
the urban edge with a friendly attitude and collegiate

Carrollton stay youthful, cosmopolitan and vibrantly
fun. Two of the liveliest thoroughfares for nightlife
