It's a good visitors center. Plenty of information and the staff was ok. there's also a art center there too. Staff was fine.

We came across the Visitor Center to get a map and JULIA was so friendly and helpful-she showed us many places to visit and was such fun to talk to. An excellent Guide also. THANK YOU!

Excellent resource for travelers. The gentlemen here is super helpful and gave great guidance on finding & getting to key destinations in the New Orleans - French Quarter area. He also books bike tours, swamp tours, has maps on deck for reference and the gift...More

This is worth stopping into for some brochures or maps, especially for first timers. Ask where the best food, music, shopping, and things to do are located. They will have good suggestions.

We went in here for info on places to visit but the only person to help us stood outside smoking so we waiting then picked up a few brochures and left and he never said a word to us. No use at all.

You can't expect much but there were son books, a guide to answer general questions and to suggest ideas. Neutral but helpful

This National Park consists of 3 locations; A Visitor Center in the French Quarter, The Chalmette Battle Field, and a Park in Marrero.
