Also called Magic Sands because the beautiful white sand disappears at some times when there is high surf and big waves. Parking is just along the road.

It is a great picture spot, many people in the water and a crowded small beach but worth a stop. It depends on the time of day for crowds, go early.

Stopped by for a some beach time. It’s a small beach with pretty white sand. Here you will find a lifeguard and bathrooms. There were lots of boogie boarders as surf was pretty active. We spotted several turtles in water. The waves were too rough...More

This beach was very small, crowded, and right off of a busy street. The sand was nice, but I would recommend any other beach on the Big Island.

One of my favorite beaches, beautiful views, reef, big surf, life guard on duty and washrooms on site made for a great day of sand, sun and body surfing!

There are quite a few people so it can be dangerous in the water if you run into people or are thrown into the sand. I loved the big waves since we were careful, but the soft lovely sand gets everywhere because of it. Overall...More

This white sand beach, situated between tall palm trees, is a true gem. Perfect for swimming, bodyboarding, and boogie boarding, as well as sun bathing. There is a shower on the side as well as rest rooms, but parking is scarce. There's maybe 10 parking...More
