Small beach but definitely worth visiting! Has really nice sand! Having the lifeguard on duty is great. Huge parking lot across the street. There are some rocky parts so definitely have to watch if you're going out and being brought back in with the waves,...More

This is a small-ish beach that can get crowded at times, but is lovely. Nice protected cove, lifeguards for your safety, free parking across the street, and sand beach. I recommend water shoes at high tide, as the volcanic rock can be rough on the...More

This is one of the only sandy beaches you'll find in Kona proper or on the south end. Because of this it can be crowded, but the water is lovely and the sand is nice. There is a beach volleyball court, outdoor showers and restrooms,...More

Love this beach; so fun for people of all ages. The waves can sometimes crash down quickly, but it can also be really mild.

This beach has soft white sand and sea turtles! Only about 2 miles from the center of Kona, there’s is a parking lot across the street and some side street parking. Not a huge beach but i never saw it too crowded.

Amazing white sand and turquoise water. Great current and waves for body-boarding. However too crowded for such a small beach either on the beach or in the water. Some snorkeling if current permits but very blurry when we went. Good for families and a couple...More

Was a beautiful place to watch the sunset. Even with all the families and couples, it seemed to be such a serene place to watch from
