Aloha! thank you for your review. We're glad you enjoyed your time at farm in the "Cloud forest." Just one correction: our tours in English are from 10am to 4pm and occur on the hour: 10am, 11am, noon, etc, with our last tour at 4pm....More

What a worthwhile trip up the mountain! We all learned so much about coffee (never knew what a peaberry was), and got to sample many different roasts. Our tour guide was wonderful, friendly and informative, and all the staff we encountered were great. Great time!

Wow learned a lot about coffee and what is Kona coffee. Thought this place was closed based on other reviews, but decided to check it out ourselves. The place is not closed. It was taken over by new owners 3 months ago. Great little tour...More

This tour had no walking involved as it was housed at the main parking lot, store and into the processing building. We learned a lot about the coffee making process and it was neat to see the start-to-finish processing. We did not walk through any...More

You can walk through at your own pace. We only had about 30 minutes, so we went through it quickly, but you could spend an hour here. There was a weaving activity (hats, I think) that was hands-on. The Japanese farmhouse was restored and looked...More

Good stop to taste and experience coffee. New owner is trying to raise the level of the entire farm and is doing a good job.

The coffee is great and the guide did a great job of explaining the coffee process. It seems pretty straight forward, but there are a lot more details than I had thought before. The tour isn't long, but it is pretty interesting. I did learn...More

This place is a hidden gem above 3000 feet on the Big Island. They do a nice job educating visitors about the whole process from plant to cup. You get to see the sorting and roasting process up close and free tastes of different varieties....More

This place offered a free tour and you can't beat that price. We were able to learn a bit about growing and picking the coffee beans and were able to see the machines used to separate the coffee beans. We even got to hear the...More

I'm not completely sure. We went on the regular tour which is free, about 1/2 hour, and goes through the building where they sort and roast the coffee beans. I believe the VIP tour actually takes you through the farm area.
