We opted for the small boat to avoid the crowds on larger boats. It was a great decision. We had ten on our boat. The captain, Tonya, and first mate, Calley, were so knowledgeable and personable. They spoke to everyone, made sure we were comfortable,...More

We barely cleared the breakwater and watched a humpback whale feeding in the harbor! After a few minutes, Tanya and Callie said we had to move on to see more - and did we ever! Humpbacks, fin whales, orcas, birds, sheep, otters, seals and the...More

It is difficult to think of any way in which this trip could have been improved. There were only 4 of us on board with the captain, Jim. He was a mine of information and took us to the spots where he knew we had...More

We, sadly, do not get to go on this tour. We had a family trip planned and have had to cancel because of catastrophic illness. These people were very understanding and gave us a full refund. When the rest of us recover from our grief...More

This small boat whale watching tour was one of the greatest days of my life. It is spectacular to see whales and seals and birds so close up and wild. The guides were great and the boat was very clean and organized. The guides Carrie...More

We had booked a small group tour of 15 people. It was a great surprise when our group consisted of the 3 people in our party and the captain, Jim. He always pointed out wildlife and stopped to make sure we got pictures of it....More

We booked a whale-watching trip as a package with our accommodation (Dairy Hill Lodging, same owners). They used a smallish boat (around 16 people) which meant we could get close to the action. And the friendly crew (Tanya and Clay) seemed eager to show us...More

We spent over 8 hours on a small(ish) boat that was purposefully not overcrowded. I love that they don't cram the boats and limit it to twelve people. The captain (Steve) and crew (Tammy) were knowledgeable, patient, and laid back. We had great weather and...More

This was a fantastic day. Tanya Is a skilled captain and an amazing spotter. Clay is a natural teacher and infectiously enthusiastic about this beautiful area and its wildlife. We saw incredible wildlife (breaching humpback, orca hunting and catching prey, a fin whale, sea otters,...More

We went on the tour at the end of July and saw 5 whales. Saw much other wildlife as well. This is truly the BEST tour company. Ask for Leif as your captain and Sam as the first mate. They were great.
