My son is 3 years old. He enjoyed it so much, we had to almost drag him out to be able to have lunch. We thought we would spend like 1 or 2 hours top there, but we were there for more then 4 hours and he was still having so much fun. But it was almost 4 pm and... More

This is a great place for your 2-5 year old only. A child older than this won't find anything of interest until you reach the last room where they can contruct things. Many displays were missing pieces to complete the activity. It is meant for the adult to lead the child in the play/learning activity so don't think you are... More

An excellent place for anyone with young children. I brought my 1.5 year old and 3.5 year old boys for a visit. They loved it! The younger one loved the touch pond while the older one loved running into the various themed rooms. There is a lot to climb on, touch, hold, throw, and anything else a toddler finds fun.... More

Brought my 2 1/2 year old. Had previously bought a groupon and then once there paid $25 for 3 hours of parking outside of the museum. Was overwhelmed with the size and amount of exhibits at first but then soon realized there wasn't actually a lot to do. A lot of rooms that children could only look at but not... More

Got a groupon coupon for $13 and then another $9.50 for the other grandparent to get into the museum. Seattle Children's Museum used to be a fine, fun, interactive place. Now it is shabby, has exhibits with nothing in them, it's old, disappointing and not interesting for a 4 year old who remembered clever animals and insects under 'pretend' rocks... More

I would not recommend this place. There are many exhibits that are merely a shell with no real interactive items inside. There is an international section where you can go and learn about homes in other parts of the world. Most everything is behind plexiglass.

My son who is almost 4 loved this place! There train tables, a stage with costumes and lights to play with, a seaside area for tots, grocery store, and so much more! Prices were very reasonable and they give military discounts as well. We probably spent two hours there easily. And all the exhibits were clean and well done

My daughter had some much fun here. There was a lot of different activities and areas to play in. She could have spent all day here if we would have had time for that.

I chaperoned 12 high-school aged students who thoroughly enjoyed their time here. There are many interactive, hands on exhibits which keep young and old busy. From movies to music the museum is good for a few hours of fun.

We went to the children's museum on the 4th of July while doing some sightseeing with visiting family. It was great to be able to take our 2 year old and keep her busy while some of the other family members did other Seattle Center attractions. They have a Prime discount, for Microsoft families, which meant it worked out to... More
