It was great fun to see the TROLL under the bridge and learn about the area's care for the structure after seeing this guy in several movies. Cool area and definitely interesting art scene.

The Fremont neighborhood in Seattle is its traditional counter culture capitol. Here is where there is a giant Troll sculpture, a statue of Lenin, the Center of the Universe sign, the Waiting for the Interurban statues and to top it off, The Solstice Festival -...More

If there is even a tiny bit of love of Fairy Tales or Hobbit or Magical Creatures, then you should go see the Fremont Troll. It's creepy and weird and mystical and I loved it. Much bigger in real life than what I expected from...More

It's one of the Seattle landmark. You can drive by, walk by, but it's a statue formed with cement so worth a look once, but not sure it's worth a constant visit.

This is one of my favorite things about Seattle...you think you know the city and it reveals a new facet. This is a quirky neighborhood with the famous under the bridge troll statue, Lenin statue, a rocket, some interesting topiaries and more. Definitely worth a...More

Seattle is a uniquely weird and cool place, and the Fremont Troll is an excellent example of all the creativity that makes this city great. While parking can be dicey, I highly recommend taking a jaunt around the Fremont neighborhood so that you can see...More

This is one of the things that you have to go and see. Hard to find a parking spot, but worth the visit. I think we stayed about a half hour.
