It has been crowded every time I have been here. It is an easy urban hike around the lake. Many dogs and people. I am not sure why it is so popular since there are many equal or better parks in the Seattle area.

Watch the ducks and kids play. Plenty of both in a very pleasant park. Look in the sky lying on your back both day and night and just enjoy. Good place to take the kids to let them run off energy

Green Lake is such a wonderful place to do numerous activities. Swimming is fun. Some people fish. Many people walk, run, skate or bike around the lake. It's beautiful at any time of day and any season!

Went for soccer this fall. Lovely park, lake and fields. Over several visits it was really good for our grand daughters team.

This is a wonderful park to take a walk or jog, a bike ride, or just sit and people watch. There may be a game to watch at the sport fields. As the weather gets warmer, the lake can be another enticing feature. A wonderful park to go to, to enjoy the outdoors whatever your choice of activity.

We take the kids bikes and scooters and love to go around the lake. The summer sees the addition of a splash park for the kids too (we saw it frozen over this winter which was pretty great).

I walk Green Lake park often. Just under 3 miles and flat, it's a great place to see a wide variety of wild life, catch up with a friend, take your kids with wheels, or walk in solitude. In the summer, I take my children and we can spend the day there. They love to swim in the lake and... More
