My favorite part was the horror movie collection. I don't even like horror movies. They have a great collection of movie props from all your favorite pop culture films.

I was extremely disappointed by this deal. The staff was marginally helpful at best. The exhibits are boring. When I arrived I found it to be over-crowded I would not recommend this to anyone. The design of the facility is simply a modern work of art.

Second time here. The Nirvana exhibit was stellar! I'm a music freak.... Jimi Hendrix exhibit was awesome....Spend some time in Sky Church! We also did the Star Trek exhibit. I'm not a Sci To person and I loved it

This music has great "homages" to specific artists which were well done (information about the artist - what the artist had done - nice collector's items shown etc). Also a great collection of guitars in all sorts and shapes. You can play music yourself - instruments with guidance to learn the basics were really cool. The movies sections were interesting... This place literally has something for everyone, for all generations. Guitars from all decades (even centuries), movie props galore, the extremely fun sound lab (which was very well stocked despite being busy), video game stuff, really fun gift shop. Please make this a stop, you'll be doing yourself a favor.

Visited this museum as I got discounted entry after visting the Living Computers museum. This place is awesome. The building is absolutely beautiful, with lots of exhibits that are fantastically well done. I am a huge sci-fi fan so loved the SciFi hall of fame, and I was lucky enough to visit when the Star Trek exhibit was on. That... More

The Museum of Pop Culture feels like a lot of pomp and circumstance. That, underneath the Frank Gherry-designed drapery-like architecture is a lot to be desired. During our visit, we saw small exhibits on famous regional musicians (Hendrix, Cobain, etc), one on the evolution of the guitar, an interactive exhibit on Rube Goldberg (which was great), exhibits on horror and... The museum is very nice, but we made the trip there for the sole purpose of Nirvana memorabilia which we learned although there are still signs advertising it, and its on their map, has all been moved to Brazil as of a week ago.

A lot to see and visit in Seattle. Forward thinking atmosphere and environmental conscious apparent. Love the diversity in the city. Great restaurants too!
