Wonderland in the middle of Puget Sound. The eats at the Indian Lodge looked quite good, but otherwise the campgrounds and the island trails are lovely, as is the marina and the kayak campground. Heavenly spot.

A great boat trip from Seattle to Blake Island. We could clearly see Mt Ranier and the boat ride was very enjoyable. It was narrated nicely and we learned a lot about the Sound. Take the boat ride over, enjoy the Salmon bake and relax!...More

We go to blake island quite often by boat. You can get there by a personal boat, or through Argosy cruise line. If boating is your way of transportation and you want to hook up to power, i suggest getting there as early as possible....More

My mentor and I took our class here and the wildlife was one of the highlights. We saw a bald eagle, raccoons, a killdeer, etc.

We've been here on the day trip through Argosy several times in years past but were less than impressed with the food. Although it seemed stuck in the mediocre to not bad region there was much room for improvement. We offered feedback and apparently they've...More

The best way to visit Blake Island is by private boat but Argosy offers tours/dinners during the spring/summer. It is a great place to let kids run free. Last weekend we visited with 40 other people on 18 boats. You can rent a shelter and...More

Most visitors to Blake Island go for the salmon bar-b-que and Indian dancing. Skip this and hike the many trails, many leading to campsites. Take a picnic and explore the beach or set up your shore side camping. Truly a great, quiet destination with a...More

Since I've been hosting at Blake for 8 years now, and have enjoyed the island for 55 years, I can answer your question for you. Only two things can be reserved at Blake. The one functioning picnic shelter (the other is so... More
