This is another nice area to visit during the daylight, with little up and coming unqiue shops, restaurants and alike to stroll through. However, if you come through after dark, there is a real homeless problem. Most of them leave you alone around the city,...More

Went to Tula's jazz club on 2nd and Blanchard - great place! Afterward we waited for the bus on 3rd street - saw a whole lot of scraggly, shady, creepy people hanging out around 3rd and Bell Street. None of them approached us, but we...More

There are so many fascinating neighborhoods in Seattle and are pretty distinct if you walk around. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here and highly recommend it because of its proximity to eateries and attractions. There is a general safe feeling here as well.

Belltown is in the middle of so much (to see and do) in Seattle. Variety of eats and drinks, shopping and sightseeing. Example of types of food within minutes walk - Vietnamese, American, Hawaiian, Italian, Seafood, Japanese. Sorry probably left some out.

We rented a condo in Belltown during our week in Seattle and it was perfect. Close proximity to the waterfront, Pike Place and great shopping. It was a bit noisy at night but where we stayed at Wall St & 1st Ave was safe.

Stayed at an Airbnb while here and Loved the vibe of this neighborhood, maybe due to my passion for the 80's and 90's music scene that remains here. Close enough to walk about anywhere downtown. Lots of different coffee shops, artwork, clubs, plenty of bars...More

We stayed at the Belltown Inn and walked around the neighborhood and saw plenty of restaurants and bars. I'm sure there are parts that are sketchy at night but I felt safe on the main streets. Very walkable neighborhood that also has a lot of...More
