Short wait and really well staffed. 3 times around with glass gondola. Literally over the water and felt very safe. Air conditioned!

Heading into Seattle many a weekend from Whidbey Island, the ferry shaved some time off my drive (and kept me out of that horrendous I-5S traffic for at least a little while). Quick, easy, relatively inexpensive. Most fun was when they conducted their mandated man...More

Visiting family on Bainbridge. First time taking this type of ferry for my wife who had a great experience. Can be windy and cold on top deck. Locals are friendly.

My husband and I hopped a ferry to the Orcas Islands. It was a very easy way to travel and we waited in line with our car and loaded safely. Quite relaxing.

Walk on passengers to and from Bainbridge Island. $8.35 adult return, $4.15 disabled return - just asked at the kiosk. Ferry easily accessible. Sat on/walked around the open deck for both crossings. Amazing views of Seattle and Puget Sound. Cafe available. Toilets clean. Would recommend.

I was raised on the water, and Seattle's ferry system has got it down! Cheers to the workers that make transport happen! The trips are too short, but serve their purpose. We went to a couple places on ferries. It was stable, clean and efficient...More

I haven’t done that ride. After reading the other responses I thunk it would be a bit under an hour.
