Had so much fun! Participated in the Hackfiltration one. Puzzles were a good challenge level. It was a good way to virtually get to know & interact with coworkers.

Lots of fun! We did the Hackfiltration virtual escape room experience as a company social event. It is very well set up, with lots of exciting activities, creative video exposition, and a thematic storyline, especially for a software company. I don't think it's as stimulating as an in-person escape room, especially due to everyone in our team talking in the same video call, so it was difficult to parallelize and split up tasks. But considering the quarantine situation, Puzzle Break did a great job with the virtual equivalent. The staff was very friendly and gregarious, and we felt very welcomed right off the bat. During the hunt, they were prompt and helpful with any hints and questions that we had. I have a lot of puzzlehunt/escape room experience, so I thought this experience was on the easy side--my team finished 15 minutes early. However, most of the other teams in my company got close but didn't find the final answer, so it seems the difficulty level is just right. The Puzzle Break staff showed us some of the behind the scenes of the escape room, so we were not bored while waiting. Overall, they were just so friendly and nice! I had an amazing time doing the virtual escape room, and it's perfect for company socials or hanging out with friends.

Fun and engaging with a wide variety of puzzles and so many clever surprises. I've been here in person in the beforetimes for in-person puzzles, and now twice done the online version. I'm impressed with how many different fun things they manage to come up with.
